All teaching staff have completed or are currently enrolled in Early Childhood Education. All Group Leaders receive time away from children to ensure that detailed programs and developmental records are kept on children in their care. During these times our 'floating' Group Leader moves into the appropriate room as a replacement to continue the on-going program. Students and Volunteers Students and volunteers are a welcome part of the team at Lollipop Lane. All students and volunteers are supervised by and are accountable to a senior member of staff and to the director. Multicultural Policy Our staff are committed to multicultural education. We aim to provide unbiased programs that reflect the cultural, religious, racial and linguistic diversity of children. Accreditation Lollipop Lane is an active participant in the Accreditation process. We are continuously going through the process of self-study, looking closely at and evaluating our programs and policies to provide the best quality care for your children. Parent involvement. Parents are always welcome to participate in the 'life' of the centre at whatever level they feel comfortable. Payment Details Fees charged will depend on the number of days the child attends and Childcare Assistance (%). Parents will be required to pay two weeks of fees upon commencement. One week of which will be kept as 'Bond' to ensure that at least one week's notice of withdrawal. What to Bring?
